Supervisors and/or alternate approvers can log into DOI LEARN to waive an employee’s training if they are on extended leave, medical or maternity leave, military leave, students away at school, etc. but are active in FPPS. Do not suspend employee records if they are active in FPPS and plan to return to work, waive their training.
