A student must submit a new reciprocity application to HEAB if he/she changes Minnesota schools. • Is there a deadline for applying for MN-WI Tuition Reciprocity? A MN-WI Reciprocity application must be postmarked no later than the last day of scheduled classes of the first term for which a student expects to receive benefits under the agreement.
