How does a student know if the high school curriculum satisfies the requirement as a rigorous secondary education course of study?
If you satisfy the Florida Academic Scholar or Florida Medallion Scholar course requirements or complete: • two AP courses with a passing grade of C and two AP tests with grades of 3, or • two IB courses with a passing grade of C and two IB exams with grades of 4, you may meet the Academic Competitiveness Grant (ACG) academic criteria. Students with out of state high school transcripts will need to see their financial aid counselors for coursework evaluations. Qualification for an ACG is based on the high school curriculum satisfied in a students home state.
