All sponsors are listed on the Board’s Web site with the renewal date following. No renewal notices will be mailed to sponsors. First-time CPE sponsors or sponsors whose registrations have expired must download a copy of the then current sponsor registration form (Adobe PDF format) and send it to the Board.
