How does a site qualify for rounds beyond the first round?
After the first round the following sites advance to the second round in each category: • The top 5 sites. • All sites which score within 25 points of the top scoring site. • Any site which is within 5 points of the lowest scoring site to advance using the first two methods. After the second of judging is complete, and after the head judge determines that there are no unresolved large discrepancies between judges, the top four sites are ranked by average score. If the difference between the scores of any two teams is less than 5 points those sites are judged again in subsequent rounds until a clear ranking can be established.
