How does a screen sharing session work?
When you connect to Shaw Customer Chat, you’ll be prompted to download a small plug-in that will allow a representative to help you with your problem or question. This plug-in allows the representative to share your mouse and keyboard for quick easy service, but they can only do so with your permission and you are in charge at all times. You can choose to have the representative solve the problem while you watch, or you can have the representative tell you what to do step by step.
