Requests for cash advances may be made as often as every week by submitting an ISCAP Schedule E form by mail or fax to the ISCAP Trustee. Withdrawals from the ISCAP Disbursement Fund are made on Tuesdays. Schedule E requests for cash advances are due at the Trustee’s office each week no later than Monday noon. If withdrawn funds are not needed immediately that week, many school corporations deposit the funds in their Iowa Schools Joint Investment Trust (ISJIT) account.
