How does a school add an activity code or create an activity group?

Activity codes are first defined by a school administrator under Database Manager->Activity Codes. Students can then be assigned to activity code groups through Tools and Settings-> Student Activity Codes. Teachers can be assigned to oversee these Activity Code groups through Tools and Settings->Teacher Activity Codes.
