How does a rotation program work? What happens at the end of a rotation program?
A typical rotation program at CIBC World Markets is 12 years in length with rotations lasting 38 months. Employees will rotate within various areas of a given line of business. At the end of a rotation program, candidates will have acquired a vast network of business contacts and a wealth of diversified business experience. It is the responsibility of the employee to secure a full-time position with the support of the program sponsor or Human Resources representative.
