How does a room makeover work?
The process starts with an initial meeting where your home is previewed and we discuss your needs and expectations for the room or rooms on which we will be focusing. We discuss which pieces, if any, may be borrowed from other rooms and answer any questions you might have. A date is then set for your makeover and a contract specifying service terms is signed by both parties. On the day of your makeover, we carefully dismantle your room, piece by piece, until it is completely empty. While time consuming, we never skip this step, as we make the best placement choices when all visual clutter is absent and it enables us to move efficiently when bringing furnishings back in. We place your furnishings strategically and with a purpose for every piece that is used. The architecture of your room as well as how you use the space influences the placement choices from the largest piece to the smallest.
