How does a resident card work? Who is considered a resident?
A resident card allows us to verify the guest lives and pays the CPRA tax. CA resident cards may be obtained at the Welcome Center, located at CA headquarters, 10221 Wincopin Circle, at no cost. Address verification in the form of a driver’s license or imprinted personal check and dependent children’s birth certificates is required to obtain the resident card.
