The resident needs to come to the Town Clerk’s office in the New Town of Clay Municipal Building located at 4401 State Route 31, Clay, NY. Their office is located straight ahead as you walk in the main entrance. The hours are from 8:30 AM til 4:30 PM. If the hours are inconvenient for you, you may pick them up at the highway department from 7:00 AM until the Town Clerk’s office opens at 8:30 AM.
