How does a Residence Club Member reserve Tidewatch?
Both Premier and Prime Members will own fixed, guaranteed weeks that will require no reservations for residency from year to year. In addition, each member will own at least one additional “FlexWeek” that will float from year to year and will require that Members use the Reservation Procedure. Members will have a FlexWeek Reservation Period each year during which they may reserve their “floating” second week of residency. Members may also elect to not make a reservation during this Period and contact the Residence Club throughout the year to reserve their second week from among the remaining available weeks. Members may also reserve additional time through Short Notice Visit Reservations on a space available basis.
