How does a registry become corrupted?

0

Simply due to all the user’s activity. With all the information that it stores and organizes, it isn’t that uncommon for things to get a bit disorganized from time to time. Every and any activity can cause errors to build in the registry; primarily the activities that involve the removal and/or creation of files, software, and/or games. And since the windows registry does not automatically clean house when things get out of order, the errors are allowed to accumulate without interference.
