If you start with the same barrier in Aclar® as in PVdC, the formed barrier will end up better in Aclar®. Aclar® is the most stable barrier material at elevated temperatures during accelerated testing. Additionally, UltRx 2000 and 3000 offer a higher barrier than is possible with PVdC.
