How does a project agreement work?
A project agreement is a contract for a specific job. We talk to you about the project, determine what you need and develop an agreement for that job only. Together, we decide if you need us to staff the entire project or just portions of it. We agree on the right journeyman/apprentice ratio, how many craftsmen with specialty or certification training you need and what kind of work schedule is best. When the job is completed, the contractual commitment ends, but it s our hope that the partnership will continue.
