How does a player win points?
Players win points four ways: successfully negotiating, bidding, fighting, and declaring war. If a player negotiates a media war and wins, that player wins 1 point. If a player bids on a media war and wins, that player wins as many points as the player bid on that media war. If a player fights a media war and wins, that player wins 10 points. If a player declares a media war and wins, that player wins the points in the war chest, 10 by default.
