How does a person know where to start in a holistic healing journey?
You can jumpstart the process by accessing a holistic healing coach or medical intuitionist who can help you in person or on the phone. Or begin anywhere that feels right to you. You will be led from there. How important is exercise? Exercise is essential for good health but not essential for healing. Once a person is strong enough, some form of weight-bearing exercise and mild aerobic exercise is helpful. You can increase the intensity and volume as your health improves. Believing avid exercise alone makes us healthy is simply not true. Does a person have to be a gifted intuitive to be led to perfect answers to heal? No. But, I will promise you this. When you execute a holistic healing journey to find wellness, you will also connect more intensely to your intuitive self. Meditation, alone time, self-love, prayer, shifting attitudes and listening to your body all contribute to our spiritual growth and the development of our intuitive gifts.
