For other errors service contract parties may mutually agree to amend the contract, prospectively, or may file an original and duplicate request for a correction with the Commissions Office of the Secretary within (45) forty-five days of the contracts filing with the Commission, accompanied by remittance of a $276/$315 service fee. 46 CFR 530.10(c).
