Most referrals for services to TSI must be processed through, and approved by, the state Bureau for Developmental Disabilities Services (BDDS). BDDS has district offices throughout the state where applications for services may be initiated. (See Resources) A BDDS Service Coordinator will assist the applicant in becoming financially eligible for services and in identifying potential providers of services needed.
