How does a party request mediation?
When an appellant completes a Confirmation of Appeal form (COA), there is an opportunity to indicate an interest in the Tribunal’s mediation process. Please note that the Tribunal encourages alternative dispute resolution at all stages of the process through discussions regarding such topics as the issue agenda and preparation for hearing.
