How does a partner achieve the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Excellence Award?
To qualify for the CSAT Excellence Award, Cisco Certified Partners must meet or exceed the CSAT Excellence target for their theater, and must receive a minimum number of survey responses during the prior 12 months. * Cisco Gold and Silver Certified Partners must receive a minimum of 30 responses * Cisco Premier Certified Partners must receive a minimum of 20 responses * Cisco Select Certified Partners are not required to submit CSAT surveys Partner qualification for CSAT Excellence is determined on a quarterly basis, tracked by Cisco fiscal quarters. It is based upon a partner’s customer satisfaction results captured in the Cisco Partner Access Online (PAL) tool.
