A new client signs up by filling out the application forms that will be provided by EBPS. Once a prospective client decides that the program is desirable for them, the sales department at EBPS will furnish the appropriate forms necessary to get started. Completed forms can be faxed, e-mailed and sent by conventional mail to the prospective client, and returned to EBPS in the same manner. How much does it cost for a new client to sign up with EBPS?
