How does a local health department upload inspection information/results?
MDCH will notify the local health department when an application is accepted. It is then the responsibility of the applicant to contact their local health department to schedule an inspection. Once the inspection is complete, the local health department should e-mail Mike Kucab at KucabM@michigan.gov and indicate whether the body art facility has been found to be compliant or non-compliant.
