In order to be eligible to receive a subgrant from a state educational agency (SEA), an eligible local entity or agency shall submit to the SEA an application containing a new or updated local long-range strategic educational technology plan that is consistent with the objectives of the statewide educational technology plan. The eligible local entity or agency must also submit any additional information that the SEA may reasonably require, at such time and in such manner as the SEA may require.
