How does a Life Makeover Party or private Coaching session work?
You and your group will come together via the telephone or in person for 1-2 hours and will focus on your groups theme or objectives. All activities before and after the coaching session are set by the Host of the party. Long Term Parties: Each week you and your group will come together via the telephone or in person for 8 weeks. Each session is 60 minutes and will focus on your groups theme or objectives. All activites before and after the coaching session are set by the Host of the party. Private Life Coaching sessions are scheduled directly with the Coach of your choice. All contact information should be listed on the Coaches Bio Page.
