How does a library cancel a registration?
All registrations must be cancelled at least three business days prior to an event. For non-subscribing agencies, failure to cancel a registration three business days prior to an event will result in a bill for the event plus a $10.00 processing fee. Currently there is no penalty for cancellation by subscribing libraries; however, if “no shows” become a problem, this procedure will be reconsidered.
