A landowner must file an application to withdraw, along with a withdrawal application fee of $1.00 per acre with a minimum $200 per application and a maximum withdrawal application fee of $1,000, to the Department of Natural Resources. The landowner will also pay a withdrawal penalty to the township calculated by the Department of Natural Resources as prescribed in the CF statute.
