How does a J-Nomad ensure its independence from a client company?
• At the time a J-Nomad enters into an agreement with a company seeking admission to TOKYO AIM, it must be independent of the company. And, it must have adequate safeguards in place to ensure such independence so long as it acts for the company. • The J-Nomad must ensure none of its officers or employees can assume the role of an officer or employee at the client company.
