How Does a Go-Go Dancer Spend a Workday?
A Late Morning A go-go dancer’s day starts out later than most other people’s, especially if dancing is her solitary job. Since most dancing jobs end late at night, wake-up time may not be till 11 a.m. or noon. A dancer starts her day just like many other people. She wakes up, gets something to eat and checks her email. Once she’s fully awake and ready, she’ll probably go to the gym. It’s necessary to have a toned body to be a go-go dancer, so working out is absolutely essential. After an hour or so at the gym, our dancer may take care of errands. Food shopping, trips to the bank and excursions to find new outfits are always high on the list. After that, it’s on to the afternoon tasks.
