How does a facility register to complete at CSAT Top Screen?
To access the CSAT Top-Screen, a facility must first register with DHS. To register, a facility must log on to the CSAT registration website (https://csat-registration.dhs.gov/dana/home/index.cgi) and complete, sign, date, and submit the appropriate forms according to the directions provided on the website. After completing the registration process, registrants will receive two emails that will enable them to access the CSAT Top Screen. One email will include the user’s username and the other will include the user’s password. At the initial log-in, the user will be prompted to establish a new password. The password must be at least 8 characters and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, a number, and a special character (e.g., !@#$%&*).
