A. If you have more than 13 months left on your modality’s accreditation certificate, you will need to complete a New Unit Addendum. If you have 13 months or less, you will need to start the renewal process early. Please contact the Diagnostic Modality Accreditation Information Line at 800-770-0145 for further information.
