Districts and campuses can prepare to connect to the CEN by verifying that they have an available conduit from their main telecommunications demarcation point in their building to the nearest telephone pole or underground public conduit structure. In order for the CEN to connect to each building, a conduit or entryway for optical cable must be available for the new fiber optic cable.
