How does a district keep momentum to change going?
Planning for DDDM can become an all-consuming process with perpetual refinement of processes and adjustment to the technology. At some point, district leaders need to choose an area for improvement and begin the process. Staff members will have different levels of experience and interest in changing their practice to incorporate data. Leaders need to choose specific areas and celebrate success to keep the momentum toward long-term change.
