How does a district inform the Commissioner that its teacher(s) have qualified for stipend(s)?
It is the district’s responsibility to designate its teachers and to complete the MRT online application in the manner and time required by TEA. Districts with eligible campuses will be notified of application procedures and deadlines through documents on the Master Teacher Programs web page, through emails to MRT Data Entry Users and District Approvers with MT TEASE clearance, and through the TEA Correspondence page on TEA’s website.
