Donated supplies will not be recorded. The fair market value of portable buildings on the date of donation would be included in Fixed Assets, Fund 8. Equipment with a fair market value over $500 would be included in fixed assets, Fund 8, for governmental assets, or in the enterprise fund for enterprise assets, such as nutrition assets.
