The department or sponsoring affiliate must contact the Office of General Counsel to review or discuss the petition for H-1B for the potential employee. If you are interested in sponsoring this person for this position, please provide the following information: • A description of the job responsibilities; • The job classification code to be used on the ePAF form; • The minimum qualifications for the position; • The annual salary; and • The date you wish the H-1B employment authorization to begin and end.
