How does a Customer get charged when using MOMECH’s Auto Relief Services?
MOMECH charges its Customers by a “Per-Hourly” rate schedule. There is one rate for diagnostics and another rate for labor along with applicable fees. The Customer is made aware of these hourly Rates and Charges as well as is asked to agree to MOMECH’s charges terms and conditions before “Quad M” services are accessed. Upon agreement and proof of payment is established permitting MOMECH authorization to acquire the $150 USD security funds needed to enforce “Quad M” services, the Customer is kept in the loop as mechanical issue(s) are diagnose and made aware of by the Mechanic. MOMECH will research any such Auto Parts but will not make a purchase without first consulting the best prices and closest availability with the Customer. The Customer can use the same payment method established with MOMECH to purchase the Auto Parts or provide MOMECH with another form of payment for such purposes only.
