A. The quarterly report and an explanation letter are sent to every agency four times per year. These reports are important for statistical data. Every certified operator whether they ran a test or not needs to be listed on the agencys quarterly report. List all operators at the agency with the numbers of tests each operator ran and indicate the number of tests in each BA range in the appropriate spaces.
