How does a coordinator manage their event?
After a Coordinator completes the registration process and receives a confirmation email containing their account information, they can begin managing their event by logging into the Coordinator center. By selecting the tabs available in the Coordinator Center, the Coordinator can: • Update Profile: Coordinators may view and update their school and profile information Note: Some of the information is editable; some is not. Much of it is read-only because the data is not being managed in the Volunteer Portal, but instead originates in Edge. • Address Book: Coordinators may add/manage the email addresses of their students. Email addresses can be added manually or imported from their personal address book from a comma-delimited file (Comma Separated Value – CSV format). • School Progress: This page gives the Coordinator direct access to important information about their fundraising efforts including; percentage of goal attained, school progress, student progress, prize summary, etc. From
