How does a Conscious Energy Breathing session work?
Conscious Energy Breathing sessions are done lying down and fully clothed in comfortable clothes so all parts of your body can breathe freely. The practitioner sits beside the client and supports him/her into a gentle connected rhythm where the inhale and the exhale are merged. The client is encouraged to focus on their breathing and bring awareness to any body sensations, words, memories or images that are present. After a few minutes, life energy starts to flow in the body and various physical or emotional sensations may be experienced and released through the connected breathing cycle. A Conscious Energy Breathing session is divided into three stages: Activation – The breathing allows your issues to rise to the surface. Process – The breath has found its own rhythm. Some people describe this stage as the breath was ‘breathing’ them. It is through this process your issues are cleansed by the breath.
