How does a company post a job description?
Job descriptions for both first- and second-year students may be posted throughout the year on our website, free of charge. Please visit Post a Job Info and click on the Post a Job button at the bottom of the page. After clicking the Post a Job button, you will be directed to create an HBS Account by entering your contact information, specific information regarding your position, and a username/password. It is very important that you complete the registration process by responding to the automated email that you receive after you have posted your job. It is also important to note that once you are a registered user you will log in by clicking the registered user link, not the Post a Job button. Our system will enable you to log in at any time to post jobs, view jobs, and receive applications. For companies interested in targeting HBS graduates, job descriptions may be posted through Alumni Recruiting). Questions regarding targeting HBS Alumni may be directed to career_advisors@hbs.edu.
