How does a company join the IMSDC?
The majority corporation completes a membership application form, pays annual dues to the IMSDC, and the company and commits to the following: • Attend meetings of the IMSDC on a regular basis. • Participate in the activities of the IMSDC, including participation on standing committees. • Submit purchasing activity reports with minority-owned firms. • Designate in writing a representative who may act for and on behalf of the corporate member in connection with the IMSDC.
