How does a company go about posting a position and hiring a student?
If you have a job position you would like to post, please fill out the online Invitation to Recruit form. Learn how to post Students are invited to apply to online job postings and are responsible for submitting their resume packages to Career Services. Once the deadline for application is closed, student resumes/cover letters/transcripts/requested documentation is sent to the employers for review. Employers may schedule candidate interviews either through Career Services using the Interview Booking form or directly to the candidate. As appropriate candidates are selected, offers may be made to students through Career Services using the Employment Offer Form or directly by the company. Students have 48 hours to consider the offer and inform both the Employer and Career Services.
