How does a cold laminator work as opposed to a heat laminator?
• A. The lamination film is adhesive coated. When passed through rollers, it makes a tight seal, or lamination with the poster flip chart or banner. Since no heat is needed, no melting of the color text or graphics occurs. Thermal Poster Printer paper may be laminated without color bleed through. Hot laminators require high heat to form a lamination.
