How does a coconut recieve its water?
The plant takes up water through it’s roots and is transported to areas where the plants needs it. The endosperm of the coconut is all liquid to begin with and known as coconut water. As the fruit ripens this liquid is converted in to solid endosperm (a part of the seed) that is white in color and known as coconut meat (It is also very nourishing and high calorific value).
