How does a Club Sport Coach or Instructor gain access to Intramural-Recreational Sports Facilities?
Memberships for Club Sport coaches or instructors are available per request on a semester basis. A Club officer must submit this request via email to David Heflin at dh9v@virginia.edu including name of coach/instructor and who will pay for the pass (coach/instructor or club). Following written administrative approval, the coach/instructor will need to obtain a photo identification card, if they don’t already have a UVA ID, at the Intramural-Recreational Sports business office located at the Aquatic & Fitness Center. If they have a valid UVA ID or IM-Rec Membership card we can activate the card as soon as we receive payment.
