How does a client cancel service?
If a client no longer wishes to avail themselves of the money and time savings programs provided through our EBPP programs, all that they need to do is notify EBPS, in writing, that they wish to cancel. EBPS will immediately cease the distribution of invoices and the collection of any payments. Normally, where a client wishes to terminate, services will be provided until the end of a calendar month. How can a customer access his/her invoices on the Internet? Customers sign up with the company that they purchased merchandise from or that provided them with services.
