How does a charity certify itself with MissionFish and how long will it take?
To be included in the charity directory, you must certify your organisation with MissionFish, the dedicated solution provider for eBay for Charity. You will need to provide a working email address, an electronic copy of your logo (jpg or gif format, 20kb maximum), a mission statement of 212 characters maximum (about 40 words), proof of your Gift Aid eligibility, and a voided cheque from your bank (used to establish electronic funds transfer of donations from Community Selling). MissionFish will send you a confirmation email once they have completed the certification process. This may take up to one business day and includes verification that your organisation is Gift Aid eligible, and meets our community standards by not promoting violence, hate, or illegal activities.
