How does a cardholder order a replacement card?
Replacement Money Manager Cards can be ordered by calling Cardholder Services at the toll-free number in their card package. It is imperative cardholders keep their personal information up to date to ensure they receive replacement Money Manager Cards in a timely manner. Replacement Money Manager Cards will be mailed, free of charge via USPS and should be received within 7-10 business days from date of order. If a cardholder wishes to have the Money Manager Card within 2 business days expedited shipping is available for a charge of $10.00, which covers the cost of handling and shipping. The expedited shipping fee of $10.00 is automatically deducted from the cardholders Money Manager Card account.
